When you attend The Campbell Clinic as a new patient, it’s important to us that we can spend time getting a good insight into your dental history and understanding any concerns or specific dental problems you may have.
The initial consultation lasts about an hour; in that time, one of our dentists will assess your oral health and find out about any medical conditions you may have.
After this comprehensive clinical examination, your dentist will discuss the possible treatment options with you and answer any questions. This information will then be compiled into a unique treatment plan report and emailed to you after the initial consultation, so you can read it at home and discuss it with your loved ones.
We understand that choosing to have dental treatment can be a life-changing decision. This is why we offer a second appointment after you have had time to read through the treatment plan document.
In this appointment, your dentist can answer any questions that you may have about treatment or costs. We can also talk through proposed timescales and how that will fit in with your lifestyle. Once this is confirmed, we can book you in to start your treatment.
